Refund policy

Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

Once a return is approved and a prepaid return shipping label is issued, items must be shipped within 15 days of the label being provided.

Returns shipped outside of this 15-day window are considered late returns and, if accepted, will be processed as store credit.

Refund Processing & Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval
  • Store Credit is applied to your customer account upon approval

Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the refund. If you have not received it within 15 business days of approval, contact us at customer@limmifit.com.

Refund Method by Return Reason

Refunds to the original payment method are issued in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect item, color, or size received
  • Item materially differs from its product description
  • Order canceled prior to fulfillment
  • Duplicate orders placed in error (one item unused and eligible)
  • Missing item(s) from shipment
  • Carrier-confirmed lost packages following investigation
  • Pre-orders not shipped within the stated fulfillment window

Store credit is issued for:

  • Sizing or fit-related returns or exchanges
  • Returns requested after the 14-day return request window (if approved at our discretion)
  • Returns shipped after the 15-day return label window

Store credit is issued to your customer account and may be redeemed on a future purchase while signed in. Store credit does not expire.

Orders are fulfilled according to our measurement-based sizing system. A difference in size label does not constitute an incorrect or defective item if the garment sent aligns with the measurements and fit of the size selected at checkout. 

Measurement-based fulfillment is not considered a shipping error. 

If your situation is not outlined above, our team is happy to review it and determine the most appropriate resolution.

Item Condition

To preserve the integrity of our collections, returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these standards may not be eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

  1. Sign in to your customer account using the email associated with your order
  2. Navigate to Orders and select the order you wish to return
  3. Click Request Return
  4. Choose the item(s) and reason (or exchange option)
  5. Submit your request

If approved, you will receive a complimentary return shipping label with instructions via email.

Return Shipping

Return shipping labels are provided as a courtesy for US domestic orders. At this time, prepaid return labels are not available for international orders, and international returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense using a carrier of their choice.

LimmiFit is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered while in transit back to our facility. Returns that are lost in transit are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

Items sent without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us promptly so we can make it right.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. LimmiFit is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address provided by the customer.

Once an order has been shipped, LimmiFit is unable to make changes to the delivery address. Orders affected by address errors are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Exchanges

To receive a replacement item as quickly as possible, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once your return is approved.

Returns based on sizing or outside the return window will be processed as store credit.

Final Sale Items

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
